| Περιγραφή: | В статье представлен ретроспективно-компаративный анализ становления прокуратуры Польской Народной Республики в период с 1952 по 1989 год. Авторы делают вывод о существовании в указанный исторический период положительного советского влияния на систему органов прокуратуры Польши. The authors of the article conduct a retrospective comparative analysis of the formation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Polish People's Republic. The study concludes that there was a positive Soviet influence on the system of Polish Prosecutor's offices in the period 1952-1989 during this historical period. |
