Περιγραφή: Исследование микробиоценоза лунок зубов при альвеолите, выявление приоритетных групп патогенных микроорганизмы и динамика их качественного и количественного состава в процессе лечения было сопряжено с определением антимикробной эффективности применения отечественного препарата на основе гемостатической коллагеновой губки с линкомицином в сравнении с йодоформным тампоном у 37 пациентов с альвеолитом челюстей (К10.3). Выявлены преимущества применения коллагеновой губки с линкомицином, т.к. при этом в более короткие сроки купируется воспаление, происходит заживление лунок и снижается их обсемененность патогенными микроорганизмами. The study of microbiota of alveolar osteitis, identification of prevailing groups of pathogenic microorganisms and dynamics of their qualitative and quantitative composition during treatment was associated with determining antimicrobial efficacy of the Russian drug with hemostatic collagen sponge and lincomycin as the main components in comparison with iodoform gauze in 37 patients with alveolar osteitis of the jaws (K10.3). The advantages of using a collagen sponge with lincomycin were detected, namely, inflammatory process is completed at shorter time, socket healing passes more rapidly, and contamination of the socket with pathogenic microorganisms decreases.
