The author, in order to increase the efficiency of the construction organization in the conditions of environmental uncertainty, substantiates the need to ensure the observability and controllability of the process of increasing the efficiency of activities in the context of legislative, institutional and market changes in order to increase its competitive potential. This is ensured by the implementation of the algorithm proposed by the author for the formation of intense production plans. |
