Περιγραφή: The article examines the role of socially responsible behavior of the Russian oil and gas business in the development of the regions of presence, examines the main directions of the implementation of social programs of companies in the regions. Based on the analysis of Russian social efficiency ratings, oil and gas companies are identified as leaders in the field of corporate social responsibility. On the example of PJSC Gazprom and PJSC NK Rosneft, the interest of companies in social activities and the development of the regions of presence is proved. Under the influence of geopolitical challenges, the need for state support of oil and gas companies in the development of social responsibility has been confirmed.
В статье рассмотрена роль социально ответственного поведения российского нефтегазового бизнеса в развитии регионов присутствия, исследованы основные направления реализации социальных программ компаний в регионах. На основе анализа российских рейтингов социальной эффективности определены нефтегазовые компании-лидеры в области корпоративной социальной ответственности. На примере ПАО «Газпром» и ПАО «НК «Роснефть» доказана заинтересованность компаний в социальной деятельности и развитии регионов присутствия. В условиях влияния геополитических вызовов подтверждена необходимость государственной поддержки нефтегазовых компаний в развитии социальной ответственности.
