В статье рассмотрены закономерности трансформации структуры занятости на рынке труда в связи с изменением специфики спроса на рабочую силу, в зависимости от отраслевых рынков. Проведен анализ уровня конкуренции в IT сфере на рынке труда в России. Подчеркнута необходимость внедрения платформенно ориентированных подходов к организации трудозанятости молодежи через платформенно-сетевую кооперацию университетов с потенциальными работодателями на рынке труда. The regularities of the transformation of the structure of employment in the labor market due to changes in the specifics of the demand for labor, depending on the industry markets, are substantiated. The analysis of the level of competition in the IT sphere in the labor market in Russia was carried out. The necessity of introducing platform-oriented approaches to the organization of youth employment through platform-network cooperation of universities with potential employers in the labor market is emphasized. |
