Περιγραφή: Рассматриваются особенности формирования слобожанской иконописи, неразрывно связанные с историческими, политическими и экономическими процессами. В XVI - XVII вв. Слобожанщина сложилась как военно-политическая территория, а с XVIII ст. как крупнейший культурный, торговый, промышленный, научный, образовательный регион Российской Империи. Ее население формируется из переселенцев разных регионов Московии (а впоследствии Российской Империи), и других стран. Осваивая эти новые земли, в ходе экономических взаимодействий они выстраивали не только хозяйственные связи, но и формировали новые межкультурные отношения, создавая неповторимую слобожанскую культуру, что нашло отражение в духовной сфере, ярким выразителем которой являются иконы. The article examines the features of the formation of the Slobozhansk icon painting, which are inextricably linked with the historical, political and economic processes taking place in the Slobozhansk region. In the XVI - XVII centuries. Slobozhanshchina developed as a military-political territory, and from the XVIII century. Mastering these new lands, in the course of economic interactions, they built not only economic ties, but formed new intercultural relations, creating a unique Slobozhan culture, which was reflected in the spiritual sphere, which is a vivid expression of icons.
