| Description: | В статье описана история интеграции клинической фармакологии в обеспечение качества лечебного процесса на базе клиники Южно-Уральского государственного медицинского универ- ситета Минздрава России. Подчеркнута роль и понимание главными врачами места клинической фармакологии в развитии клинической базы, создание специализированного отделения и в последующем Центра «Персонализированной медицины» с целью реализации современной концепции здравоохранения 4П, освоения нового направления клинической фармакологии – фармакогенетики. Опи- сана научная деятельность, осуществляемая в отделении и в центре, вклад научных достижений в практическую работу отделения кли- нической фармакологии. The article describes the history of integration of clinical pharmacology into ensuring the quality of the treatment process at the clinic of South Ural State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia. The role and understanding of the place of clinical pharmacology in the development of the clinical base and the creation of a specialized department by chief physicians, the creation of a specialized department and subsequently the Center for Personalized Medicine in order to implement the modern concept of healthcare 4P, the development of a new direction of clinical pharmacology - pharmacogenetics - were emphasized. The scientific activities carried out in the department and in the center, the contribution of scientific achievements to the practical work of the Department of Clinical Pharmacology are described. |
