Цель статьи заключается в исследовании теоретико-методических аспектов оценки экономической безопасности строительного предприятия и в обосновании ее комплексной системы оценки. Исследуются подходы к оценке экономической безопасности предприятия и указаны основные, которые могут быть применены при оценке экономической безопасности предприятия строительной отрасли; определены их преимущества и недостатки. Обоснована необходимость применения количественных и качественных методов оценки экономической безопасности. Сформирован перечень требований, которому должна соответствовать методика оценки экономической безопасности предприятий. Определены цели оценки, субъект, объект. Рассмотрены принципы оценивания, обеспечивающих объективность оценки экономической безопасности предприятия. Принципы разделены на основные, которые соответствуют общей методологии экономического анализа, и специфические, учитывающие специфику строительной отрасли. Основываясь на системном подходе, сформирована система оценки экономической безопасности строительного предприятия по указанным компонентами системы. Предложенная система оценки экономической безопасности строительного предприятия предоставляет возможность проведения комплексного процесса оценки определенных компонентов и соответствующих им элементов. The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical and methodological aspects of assessing the economic security of a construction enterprise and in the rationale for its comprehensive assessment system. The approaches to assessing the economic security of an enterprise are investigated and the main approaches that can be applied in assessing the economic security of an enterprise in the construction industry are indicated; identified their advantages and disadvantages. The necessity of using quantitative and qualitative methods for assessing economic security has been substantiated. A list of requirements has been formed that must be met by the methodology for assessing the economic security of enterprises. The goals of the assessment, the subject, the object are determined. The principles of assessment are considered that ensure the objectivity of assessing the economic security of an enterprise. The principles are divided into basic ones, which correspond to the general methodology of economic analysis, and specific ones, taking into account the specifics of the construction industry. Based on a systematic approach, a system for assessing the economic safety of construction enterprises for the specified system components. The proposed system for assessing the economic security of a construction enterprise makes it possible to carry out an integrated process of assessing certain components and their corresponding elements. |
