Description: Выявлена потребность в разработке механизма бережливого производства в проектах ОКР в авиационной отрасли. Проанализированы инструменты и методы, которые можно использовать в высокотехнологичных проектах. Предложена адаптация бережливых инструментов для проектов ОКР в авиационной отрасли. There is a necessity to create the mechanism and tools for the development project in aviation industry. The analysis was conducted of different tools, methods and mechanics which could be used for thecomplex projects. The adaptation of lean tools is proposed for the R&D projects for the complex products.
