Περιγραφή: В настоящей статье рассматриваются отдельные проблемы, складывающиеся вокруг формирования и практической реализации государственной антикоррупционной политики в сфере обеспечения безопасности. Автор делает вывод о том, что отдельные нормы законодательства требуют корректировки. По итогам исследования сформулированы предложения по совершенствованию действующего законодательства в целях повышения эффективности реализации антикоррупционной политики в целом и в деятельности органов безопасности, в частности. This article examines individual problems arising around the formation and practical implementation of state anti-corruption policy in the field of security. The author concludes that certain legal norms require adjustment. Based on the results of the study, proposals were formulated to improve the current legislation in order to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of anti-corruption policy in general and in the activities of security agencies in particular.
