| Description: | The aim of the study was to analyze the dynamics of morphometric parameters of the minks large intestine in the age aspect and with using of the dietary supplement «Emprobio». The material for the study was the intestine taken from minks of different age groups: newborns, two, four and eight months old. The experimental group was added to the feed the dietary supplement «Emprobio» at the rate of 2.0 ml per head at the age of one month for 14 days. The morphometric parameters of the minks large intestine were determined: the thickness of the intestinal wall, the thickness of the mucous and muscular layers, their relative thickness to the total thickness of the intestinal wall; glands height, diameter and density per 1 mm². Macro- and micromorphometric methods were used. The thickness of the intestinal wall, as well as its mucous and muscular layers from birth to eight months, increased in the experimental group more than in the control group. The height of the glands of the intestinal wall in the experimental group increased largely than in the control: 14.5 and 13.0 times, respectively. The using of the feed additive «Emprobio» increases the body's resistance, improves the functioning of all systems and organs, including the digestive organs, which will ultimately lead to an improvement in the quality of mink fur products. Целью исследования был анализ динамики морфометрических показателей толстой кишки норок в возрастном аспекте и на фоне применения биологически активной добавки «Эмпробио». Материалом для исследования служил кишечник, взятый от норок разных возрастных групп: новорожденные, двух, четырёх и восьмимесячные. Опытной группе добавляли в корм биопрепарат из расчёта 2,0 мл на голову в месячном возрасте в течение 14 дней. Определяли морфометрические показатели толстого кишечника норок: толщину кишечной стенки, толщину слизистой и мышечной оболочек, их относительную толщину к общей толщине кишечной стенки; высоту, диаметр и плотность желез на 1 мм². Использовали макро- и микроморфометрические методики. Толщина стенки толстой кишки, а также ее слизистой и мышечной оболочек от рождения до восьми месяцев выросли в опытной группе больше, чем в контрольной. Высота же лез кишечной стенки в опытной группе выросла в большей степени, чем в контроле: в 14,5 и 13,0 раз соответственно. Использование кормовой добавки «Эмпробио» будет способствовать повышению резистентности организма, улучшению работы всех систем и органов, включая органы пищеварения, что в итоге приведёт к улучшению качества меховой продукции норки.
