В современных социально-экономических условиях одной из основных стратегических целей государственной политики является повышение уровня жизни населения. В статье рассматривается динамика и взаимосвязь факторов, определяющих уровень жизни, а именно: минимального размера оплаты труда, величины прожиточного минимума, инфляции, средней продолжительности жизни, а также условий жизни. Приводится оценка эффективности программ по повышению качества жизни населения, проводимых правительством РФ, определены причины изменений факторов за период 2013–2022 год. One of the main strategic goals of state policy in modern social and economic conditions is to improve the standard of living of population. The authors examine the dynamics and correlation of factors that determine the standard of living, namely minimum wage, cost of living, inflation, average life expectancy and living conditions. An assessment of the effectiveness of programs to improve the quality of life of population conducted by the Government of the Russian Federation is given, the reasons for changes in factors for the period 2013–2022 are determined. |
