Περιγραφή: The article presents a theoretical review of foreign and domestic research concerning the content of the concept of «cooperation» in the context of professional interaction of teachers at school. The effectiveness of learning is determined not only by pedagogical factors, the environment or the material equipment of the school, but also an important factor is the social atmosphere, which is formed by interpersonal relationships that have developed in the school. Based on this, the article discusses the terminological framework that is used to describe this topic. In addition, the forms and main characteristics of teacher cooperation are considered. And also, the prerequisites that promote and impede the cooperation of teachers are considered. Based on the theoretical review, a scheme is proposed that includes the systematization and structure of the concept of cooperation. This work can become the basis for further research on the topic of cooperation in the school and the role of the director and the administrative team in its formation.
В статье представлен теоретический обзор зарубежных и отечественных исследований, касающийся содержания понятия «сотрудничество» как профессионального взаимодействия учителей в школе. Эффективность обучения обусловлена не только педагогическими факторами, средой или материальным оснащением школы, но и немаловажным фактором является социальная атмосфера, которая формируется межличностными отношениями, сложившимися в школе. Исходя из этого, в статье рассматриваются терминологические рамки, которые используются для описания данной темы. Кроме того, рассмотрены формы и основные характеристики сотрудничества учителей. А также рассматриваются предпосылки, способствующие и препятствующие сотрудничеству учителей. На основании проведенного теоретического обзора предложена схема, включающая визуальную систематизацию и структуру понятия сотрудничества. Данная работа может стать основой для дальнейшего исследования темы сотрудничества в школе и роли директора и административной команды в ее формировании.
