| Περιγραφή: | В статье рассматриваются общие тенденции развития системы независимой оценки качества в регионах, основные проблемы, выявленные по каждому критерию оценки и мероприятия по их устранению, которые предлагают субъекты Российской Федерации в своих планах по устранению выявленных недостатках и публичных отчетах. На основе накопленных за 8 лет с начала формирования системы независимой оценки качества данных и опыта научно-практических исследований в области оценки и обеспечения качества оказания услуг в социальной сфере, авторы рассматривают тенденции развития организаций социальной сферы в части обеспечения качества условий оказания услуг в региональной практике независимой оценки качества в сфере социального обслуживания населения по итогам второго цикла 2018-2020 гг. Область практического применения результатов - обеспечение работы по повышению обоснованности и эффективности принятия управленческих решений по совершенствованию деятельности организаций социальной сферы для должностных лиц органов государственной власти субъектов Российской Федерации и представителей организаций социальной сферы, ответственных за развитие организаций социальной сферы. The article discusses the general trends in the development of an independent quality assessment system in the regions, the main problems identified for each assessment criterion and measures to eliminatethem, which are proposed by the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in their plans to eliminate the identified shortcomings and public reports. Based on the data accumulated over 8 years since the beginning of the formation of a system of independent assessment of the quality of data and the experience of scientific and practical research in the field of assessing and ensuring the quality of services in the social sphere, the authors consider the development trends of organizations in the social sphere in terms of ensuring the quality of conditions forthe provision of services in the regional practice of independent quality assessment in the field of social servicesfor the population based on the results of the second cycle 2018-2020. The area of practical application of the results is to provide work to improve the validity and efficiency of making managerial decisions to improve theactivities of organizations in the social sphere for officials of state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and representatives of social organizations responsible for the development of organizations inthe social sphere. |
