Определена специфика управления интеллектуальными активами малых инновационных промышленных предприятий. Охарактеризованы типовые стратегии использования результатов интеллектуальной деятельности. Рекомендован инструментарий, который может быть использован при принятии решений по выбору той или иной стратегии. При этом особое внимание уделено вопросу принятия решения о передаче управления интеллектуальными активами в аутсорсинг, в частности указаны те факторы, которые следует учитывать в данном случае, а также рассмотрены причины отказа от аутсорсинга.The specifics of the management of intellectual assets of small innovative industrial enterprises are determined. Typical strategies for using the results of intellectual activity are characterized. A toolkit is recommended that can be used when making decisions on the choice of a particular strategy. At the same time, special attention is paid to the issue of making a decision to transfer the management of intellectual assets to outsourcing, in particular, the factors that should be taken into account in this case are indicated, and the reasons for refusing outsourcing are also considered. |
