Изучение зарубежного опыта создания и функционирования кластеров позволяет выстроить новые конструкции управления промышленным сектором в России. В статье анализируются существующие подходы в теории создания кластеров, основные предпосылки и факторы, что может быть использовано при принятии решения о создании кластеров на уровне российских регионов. В результате проведенного исследования определены категории предпосылок создания кластеров. Особо подчеркивается значимость развертывания промышленных кластеров в современной России как одно из важных условий для выполнения текущих задач сохранения устойчивости российской экономики. The study of foreign experience in the creation and operation of clusters allows us to build new structures for managing the industrial sector in Russia. The article analyzes the existing approaches in the theory of creating clusters, the main prerequisites and factors that can be used when deciding on the creation of clusters at the level of Russian regions. As a result of the study, the categories of prerequisites for the creation of clusters were determined. The importance of the deployment of industrial clusters in modern Russia is especially emphasized as one of the important conditions for fulfilling the current tasks of maintaining the stability of the Russian economy. |
