| Description: | Авторами статьи на основании аналитического обзора мировой литературы проанализированы современные возможности фармакотерапии ХВН и оценена клинико-фармакологическая эффективность препарата Гинкор Форт.На сегодняшний день хроническая венозная недостаточность нижних конечностей является актуальной медицинской проблемой и занимает первое место по распространенности среди заболеваний периферических сосудов у населения различных возрастных групп. В основе патогенеза хронической венозной недостаточности лежит повреждение венозной стенки в результате воздействия на нее физических факторов, приводящих к синтезу макромолекул клеточной адгезии и активации лейкоцитов, а также развивающаяся клапанная несостоятельность вен, что обуславливает целесообразность применения для фармакотерапии препаратов различных групп. В современной клинической практике наиболее часто используется группа препаратов, которые способны повышать тонус венозной стенки, – флеботоники или венотоники.Авторами дана фармакологическая оценка препаратов, применяемых при лечении хронической венозной недостаточности. Установлено, что ценным эффектом Гинкор Форт является венотонизирующее и ангиопротекторное действие, применение препарата способствует повышению венозного тонуса, оптимальному наполнению венозного русла и уменьшению проницаемости сосудистой стенки. Препарат обладает способностью локально ингибировать факторы боли и воспаления (гистамин, брадикинин, серотонин), лизосомальные ферменты и свободные радикалы, приводящие к воспалению и дегенерации коллагеновых волокон. Гинкор Форт стимулирует венозный возврат благодаря наличию в его составе гептаминола гидрохлорида.В работе отмечено, что препарат Гинкор Форт применяется как средство комплексного лечения сосудистых заболеваний, улучшает кровоснабжение головного мозга, является мощным стимулятором памяти, логического мышления, концентрации внимания у людей разных возрастных групп, задерживает развитие атеросклеротических процессов, улучшает слух и зрение, восстанавливает микроциркуляцию тканей конечностей при болезни Рейно, облитерирующем эндартериите и сахарном диабете, ХВН, помогает при геморрое, нарушении потенции и сосудистых кризах при женском и мужском климаксе. The authors of the article on the base of analytical review of the world literature analysed the modern possibilities of pharmacotherapy of chronic venous insufficiency and evaluated the clinical and pharmacological effectiveness of Ginkor Fort.Nowadays, chronic venous insufficiency of the lower limbs is an actual medical problem, and it takes the first place by the prevalence of peripheral vascular diseases among the population of different age groups. The pathogenesis of chronic venous insufficiency is based on the damage to the venous wall as the result of the influence of physical factors on it, leading to the synthesis of macromolecules of cell adhesion and activation of leukocytes, and also on the development of valve insufficiency of veins. It justifies the appropriateness of use of pharmacotherapy with drugs of different groups. The group of drugs most frequently used in modern clinical practice is the so-called phlebotonics or venotonics, which can increase the venous wall tone.The authors give the pharmacological evaluation of the drugs used for treatment of chronic venous insufficiency. It was revealed that the valuable effect of Ginkor Fort is the venotonic and angioprotective action. The use of the drug promotes increase of the venous tone, optimal filling of the venous channel, and reduction of the vascular wall permeability. The product has the ability to locally inhibit the factors of pain and inflammation (histamine, bradykinin, serotonin), lysosomal enzymes and free radicals that lead to inflammation and degeneration of collagen fibres. Ginkor Fort stimulates venous return due to the presence of heptaminol hydrochloride.It is noted in the work that Ginkor Fort is used as means of complex treatment of vascular diseases, improves blood supply of the brain; it is the powerful stimulator of memory, logic thinking, attention in people of different age groups. It delays the development of atherosclerotic processes, improves hearing and sight, restores microcirculation of the tissues of the extremities in Raynaud's disease, obliterating endarteritis and diabetes, chronic venous insufficiency, helps in hemorrhoids, impaired potency, and vascular crises in male and female menopause. |
