| Περιγραφή: | The article examines new concepts that are currently used in the Chinese ideological discourse: “Sinification of Marxism,” “new form of human civilization,” and “civilization-state.” The author studies the history of their emergence, evolution, and the reasons for their use. The article argues that the reason for the development of the new civilizational ideology is the growth of self-confidence and assertiveness of China’s communist leadership based on the impressive economic achievements of China. It is a manifestation of a new stage of development of state and society in China and of its leadership’s confidence in the effectiveness of its political and economic model. The article draws parallels between China's usage of the cultural-civilizational rhetoric and those in other countries. Unlike the US and the USSR during the cold war, China currently is not trying to impose its developmental model on others. But the very idea that its new type of civilization is more advanced that then all other types and has overcome them in every respect may lead to a policy of making it popular outside China’s borders at least by means of aggressive propaganda. В статье анализируются новые концепции, используемые в китайском идеологическом дискурсе: “китаизация марксизма”, “новая форма человеческой цивилизации” и “государство-цивилизация”. Рассматривается история их возникновения, эволюция, а также цели использования. Делается вывод о том, что становление новой цивилизационной идеологии основано на росте гордости и самоуверенности китайского руководства на фоне грандиозных экономических успехов страны и знаменует новый этап развития китайского общества и государства, уверенности руководства в эффективности его политической и экономической модели. Проводятся параллели между китайским опытом использования культурно-цивилизационной фразеологии с подобным опытом в других странах. В настоящее время, в отличие от США или СССР, Китай не навязывает свою модель другим. Однако сама идея о том, что новый тип китайской цивилизации более совершенен, чем другие, превзошел все остальные по всем параметрам, оставляет место для желания популяризировать его вне страны, по крайней мере, путем усиленной пропаганды. |
