В статье проведён анализ историко-географических аспектов формирования и развития системы рекреационного природопользования на Северо-Восточном Кавказе. Охарактеризованы подходы к интерпретации структуры и содержания рекреационного природопользования. Выявлен природно-ресурсный, культурно-исторический, этногенетический потенциал и перспективы для развития рекреации и туризма. Уделено внимание колоссальной работе по модернизации действующих и вводу в эксплуатацию новых объектов туристско-рекреационной сферы. Обоснована необходимость перехода к более устойчивым формам рекреационного природопользования, предполагающим максимально возможное сохранение внутрисистемных связей и способности систем к саморегулированию и саморазвитию. The article analyzes the historical and geographical aspects of the formation and development of the system of recreational nature management in the North-Eastern Caucasus. Approaches to the interpretation of the structure and content of recreational nature management are characterized. The natural resource, cultural-historical, ethnogenetic potential and prospects for the development of recreation and tourism are revealed. Attention is paid to the colossal work on the modernization of existing and commissioning of new tourist and recreational facilities. The necessity of transition to more stable forms of recreational nature management, assuming the maximum possible preservation of intra-system connections and the ability of systems to self-regulation and self-development, is substantiated. |
