Содержание исследования заключается в анализе подходов ученых разных стран на становление и внедрение компетентностного подхода в управлении персоналом. Выделены основные особенности компетентностного подхода, показаны ключевые этапы развития и, как результат, сформированы типичные модели компетенций различных школ. Авторами предложен краткий словарь определений кластеров компетенций. В статье раскрывается актуальность исследуемой темы для всех лиц, причастных к цепи "образование - работа". The content of the study is to analyze the approaches of scientists from different countries to the formation and implementation of a competency-based approach in personnel management. The main features of the competency-based approach are highlighted, the key stages of development are shown, and, as a result, typical competency models of various schools are formed. The authors offer a short glossary of definitions of clusters of competencies. The article reveals the relevance of the topic under study for all persons involved in the chain "education - work". |
