Данная статья посвящена исследованию теории управления инновациями на предприятии. Результаты показывают, что для обеспечения высокой конкурентной позиции предприятия необходимо сформулировать стратегию, направленную на достижение его глобальных целей, связанных с инновационным процессом в области производственных и технических процессов, и повышением конкурентоспособности продукции. This article is devoted to the study of the theory of innovation management at the enterprise. The results show that in order to ensure a high competitive position of the enterprise, it is necessary to formulate a strategy aimed at achieving its global goals related to the innovation process in the field of production and technical processes, and increasing the competitiveness of products. |
