Статья посвящена определению возможностей цифровой трансформации инструментария оценки финансовой устойчивости предприятий-участников кластера Ивановской области. В рамках предложенного автором критериального подхода разработана методика, предусматривающая трансформацию индикаторов проекций сбалансированной системы показателей. На основе ERPсистем предложены векторы улучшения кластерного потенциала. В результате исследования в разрезе проекций выделены элементы управления трансформацией инструментария оценки финансовой устойчивости предприятий-участников регионального кластера. The article is devoted to determining the possibilities of digital transformation of the tools for assessing the financial stability of enterprises participating in the cluster of Ivanovo region. Within the criteria-based approach proposed by the author, a methodology is developed that provides the transformation of indicators of Balanced Scorecard projections. Through ERP systems, vectors for improving cluster potential are proposed. As a result of the study, in the context of projections, the elements of transformation management tools for assessing the financial stability of enterprises participating in the regional cluster are highlighted. |
