| Περιγραφή: | The article is devoted to an urgent problem – ensuring sustainable socio-ecological and economic development. The authors note that in the era of rapid scientific and technological development, on the one hand, industrial, technical and socio-economic changes are taking place, which contribute to improving the economic well-being of the country and the quality of life of the population, open up new opportunities for the development of society, on the other hand, the accumulation of environmental problems arising during the anthropogenic impact on the environment and negatively affecting the health of the population. The purpose of the study is to explore the possibilities of sustainable socio–ecological and economic development in the context of industrial development and digital transformation, as well as the simultaneous introduction of circular business models. The methodological basis of the research was the concept of sustainable development, the industrial revolution, the circular and digital economy. The author comes to the conclusion that the third and fourth industrial ones contributed not only to the growth of the level of material well-being of the population, but also improved the state of the natural environment. This has become possible thanks to the tools of the digital economy that facilitate the collection, processing and provision of information necessary for making decisions on the effective creation, use, restoration and relocation of both natural and secondary natural resources. The latter is connected with the use of circular business models and the formation of a circular economy. Based on the identified trends and opportunities, the article proved the relationship of industry, digital and circular economy in ensuring sustainable socio-ecological and economic development. The issue of the possibility of the Russian Federation to ensure in the near future the simultaneous solution of existing social, economic and environmental problems and thereby the implementation of the principles of the concept of sustainable development remains debatable. Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме — обеспечению устойчивого социо-эколого-экономического развития. Авторы отмечают, что в эпоху стремительного научно-технического развития, с одной стороны, происходят производственно-технические и социально-экономические изменения, которые способствуют улучшению экономического благосостояния страны и качества жизни населения, открывают новые возможности для развития общества, с другой — ярко выраженным становится накопление экологических проблем, возникающих в ходе антропогенного воздействия на окружающую среду и отрицательно влияющих на здоровье населения. Цель исследования — изучить возможности устойчивого социо-экологоэкономического развития в условиях промышленного развития и цифровой трансформации, а также одновременного внедрения циркулярных бизнес-моделей. Методологической базой исследования послужила концепция устойчивого развития, промышленной революции, циркулярной и цифровой экономики. Автор приходит к заключению, что третья и четвертая промышленные революции способствовали не только росту уровня материального благосостояния населения, но и улучшили состояние окружающей природной среды. Это стало возможным благодаря инструментам цифровой экономики, способствующим сбору, обработке и предоставлению информации, необходимой для принятия решений об эффективном создании, использовании, восстановлении и перемещении как естественных, так и вторичных природных ресурсов. Последнее связано с применением циркулярных бизнес-моделей и формированием циркулярной экономики. На основании выявленных тенденций и возможностей в статье была доказана взаимосвязь промышленности, цифровой и циркулярной экономики в обеспечении устойчивого социо-эколого-экономического развития. Дискуссионным остается вопрос о возможности Российской Федерации обеспечить в ближайшее время одновременное решение существующих социальных, экономических и экологических проблем и реализацию тем самым принципов концепции устойчивого развития. |
