Περιγραφή: Основные уравнения термодинамики необратимых процессов и самоорганизации применены для описания документальных информационных потоков. Показана модель взаимодействия информатики и науковедения, раскрывающая пути поиска закономерностей развития науки на базе биобиблиографии, а также место информационных потоков и биобиблиографии в этой модели. Обсуждены синергетические эффекты на стыке информатики и науковедения. Сформулировано 9 основных проблем на пути поиска закономерностей развития науки с помощью исследования документальных информационных потоков. The basic equations of thermodynamics of irreversible processes and self-organization are applied to describe documentary information flows. The model of interaction of informatics and science of science is shown, unveiling the ways of search of regularities of development of science on the basis of bio-bibliography, and also the place of information flows and bio-bibliography in this model. Synergetic effects at the intersection of information and science of science are discussed. Nine main problems on the way of search of regularities of development of science by means of research of documentary information flows are formulated.
