Представлены результаты исследования условий труда рабочих отделочного участка одного из строительных предприятий г. Самары. В процессе исследования изучались такие элементы условий труда, как санитарно-гигиенические, психофизиологические и социально-психологические. Результатом анализа стало определение интегральной оценки показателя тяжести труда, утомления и уровня работоспособности рабочих. Предложен комплекс мероприятий с целью улучшения условий труда, снижения утомляемости, повышения работоспособности и роста производительности труда рабочих отделочного участка. The results of a study of the working conditions of workers in the finishing section of one of the construction enterprises in Samara are presented. In the course of the study, such elements of working conditions as sanitary and hygienic, psychophysiological and socio-psychological were studied. The result of the analysis was the determination of an integral assessment of the indicator of the severity of labor, fatigue and the level of working capacity of workers. A set of measures has been proposed to improve working conditions, reduce fatigue, increase efficiency and increase the productivity of workers in the finishing section. |
