| Description: | The paper describes the territorial and demographic features of science cities. The analysis of indicators of scientific and industrial complexes of science cities of the Russian Federation is carried out. It reveals the fulfillment of the requirements for indicators I1-I3 (share of employees and researchers number of scientific and industrial complexes (SIC) in the science city, and the share of goods shipped by SIC in the total volume of goods, respectively). The analysis shows a steady decrease in the value of the indicator I1 in Obninsk and Pushchino cities. In Dubna, Zhukovsky, Obninsk, Pushchino, and Troitsk, the I2 indicator tends to decrease too. Intensive fluctuations in the value of the I3 indicator over the years have been observed in the scientific cities of Dubna, Troitsk, Koltsovo, Obninsk and Michurinsk. Rationing of indicators is carried out using the method of averages. Based on the obtained integral indicators of science cities, a rating of science cities has been built. Приведены территориальные и демографические особенности наукоградов. Проведен анализ показателей научно-производственных комплексов наукоградов Российской Федерации, указывающий на выполнение требований к индикаторам И1-И3 (доля численности работников НПК в составе наукограда, доля численности исследователей НПК, доля отгруженных товаров НПК в общем объеме отгруженных товаров наукограда соответственно). При этом следует отметить устойчивое снижение значения индикатора И1 в Обнинске и Пущино. В Дубне, Жуковском, Обнинске, Пущино, Троицке индикатор И2 имеет тенденцию к снижению. Сильные колебания значения индикатора И3 по годам наблюдаются в наукоградах Дубна, Троицк, Кольцово, Обнинск и Мичуринск. Используя метод средних, проведено нормирование показателей. Получены интегральные показатели наукоградов, на основании которых построен рейтинг наукоградов. №4(42) (2019) |
