| Description: | The article is devoted to the analysis of certain aspects of the content, structure and dynamics of international cooperation between Russia and friendly countries. The specifics of the current situation prompts us to pay special attention to such formats of interaction as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and BRICS. The hybrid war of the countries of the collective West against the Russian Federation, the increasing global turbulence, the growing fragmentation of the world, including along the West– Non-West line, the destabilization of the world order in the post-bipolar period objectively turn these associations into fundamentally significant. The purpose of the article is to specify some essential parameters of Russia's status and role characteristics in the SCO and BRICS, taking into account these global ratings in the context of current geopolitical conditions. The strategic interests of Russia, its capabilities at the moment and in the near future are emphasized. Статья посвящена анализу определенных аспектов содержания, выстраивания и динамики международного сотрудничества России с дружественными странами. Специфика современной ситуации побуждает обратить особое внимание на такие форматы взаимодействия, как Шанхайская организация сотрудничества и БРИКС. Гибридная война стран коллективного Запада против Российской Федерации, усиливающаяся глобальная турбулентность, растущая фрагментация мира в том числе по линии Запад–НеЗапад, дестабилизация миропорядка в постбиполярный период объективно превращают эти объединения в принципиально значимые. Цель статьи ‒ конкретизировать некоторые существенные параметры статусно-ролевых характеристик России в ШОС и БРИКС с учетом данных глобальных рейтингов в контексте текущих геополитических условий. Акцентированы стратегические интересы России, ее возможности на текущий момент и на ближайшую перспективу. |
