| Description: | В статье представлены результаты оценки эффективности организационноуправленческих мероприятий наукоёмкого предприятия, рассмотрены и проанализированы основные организационно-управленческие процессы выбранной компании, выделены основные направления изменения и оптимизации. Проведено изучение ключевых показателей эффективности рассматриваемых процессов наукоемкой компании и были рассчитаны основные показатели результативности этих процессов. На основании проведенных расчетов можно выявить направления для дальнейших изменений стратегического характера. В связи с этим можно сказать, что результаты исследования могут быть использованы для построения стратегии развития наукоемких компаний, проведения реинжиниринга и модернизации предприятий, выпускающих наукоемкую продукцию. The article presents the results of evaluating the effectiveness of organizational and managerial measures of a knowledge-intensive enterprise, examines and analyzes the main organizational and managerial processes of the selected company, highlights the main directions of change and optimization. The study of the key performance indicators of the processes of the high-tech company under consideration was carried out and the main performance indicators of these processes were calculated. Based on the calculations carried out, it is possible to identify areas for further strategic changes. In this regard, we can say that the results of the study can be used to build a strategy for the development of high-tech companies, reengineering and modernization of enterprises producing high-tech products. |
