Description: Raviolini emerges as a pioneering venture within the food delivery industry, aiming to address existing issues and identify multiple areas for improvement that offer advantages to all stakeholders involved. Originally conceived as an authentic start-up endeavour, regrettably, the team ultimately opted against transforming it into a real start-up within the French food delivery sector. The following document critically examines the viability of virtual restaurants as a novel concept within the hospitality industry for effectively catering to customers' requirements. It explores whether this business model is feasible in the current landscape of food delivery services and assesses the extent to which it can be successfully executed through marketing and operational strategies, even without an extensive background in the hospitality sector. Additionally, the thesis investigates the revenue-generating potential of recently established brands in meeting customer needs within a short timeframe.
