Description: In this article on the basis of the resolvent potentials, having in homogeneous geometry the sense of the Lagrange thermal coordinates of the first two orders, two statements of a variational principle for a nonlinear heat conduction equation are presented. The second principle does not describe one-dimensional geometry.
