| Abstract: | To meet the requirement the stabilization and automatic tracking system, the kinematics model of the 4TPS-PS paraller platform was built and the Jacobian matrix is deduced. Then the force condition of the upper-plate was analyzed ; the relationship between the output force of the platform and the driving force of the actuating legs was deduced. The kinetostatic characters of the 4TPS-PS parallel platform were analyzed anti-compared with those of the 3-RPS parallel platform. It is proves that the 4TPS-PS structure is a good choice for the stabilization and automatic tracking platform. The force acted on the slave leg when the prototype moved within the workspace was computed amt plotted out, and the relationship between the force and structure parameters was analyzed. The analysis results provide a reference to optimization design and motion control. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
