| Abstract: | The real-time sharing and trusted traceability of high-frequency logistics data face challenges such as large data volumes, frequent transactions, and redundant storage in current supply chain management. Traditional blockchain processing mechanisms struggle to balance high throughput with low latency, resulting in insufficient efficiency and reliability in supply chain traceability. This paper proposes a blockchain supply chain traceability transaction batch processing algorithm and smart contract design for high-frequency logistics data. By modeling the blockchain ledger structure, high-frequency events are aggregated according to time windows and business attributes. Batch submission is achieved using clustering compression, Merkle Tree hash indexing, and dynamic batch signatures. A hierarchical trigger mechanism based on state channels is applied at the smart contract layer to reduce on-chain call counts and ensure traceability. In experiments, when simulating 100,000 logistics data inputs per hour on the Hyperledger Fabric platform, this algorithm achieves a throughput of 1,560 transactions per second while maintaining traceability integrity and handling batch sizes of 50,000. On-chain storage overhead is only 1,430 MB, and block confirmation latency is reduced to 3.5 seconds. This method effectively alleviates the performance bottlenecks caused by high-frequency logistics data in blockchain supply chain systems, enabling secure, efficient, and scalable traceability management.
