Appropriateness of the Marine Corps concepts for meeting current and future operational and strategic challenges; New operational paradigms to be introduced by future concepts to ensure continued competitive advantage; Consistency among conceptual documents as a requisite to build coherent force structures with complementary capabilities; Descriptive nature of the concepts which can be integrated by commanders in accordance with operational art.
