Περίληψη: In view of the deficiency of the paper or email submission and review, an online contribution system based on .NET platform was developed to shorten the manuscript circulation, improve the work efficiency of the editorial department. Taking Jiangsu finance and economics as an example, we designed such a system which adopts three layer architecture. The demand analysis and the function design of system are discussed in detail in this paper. According to the system design principle the platform realizes online submission, online manuscript editing, online experts review and other functions. The trial running of the system test shows that the system has stable performance, simple operation and safe operation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
