Περίληψη: In response to the problems such as limited operation height, low response efficiency, high personnel safety risks, and high equipment costs in traditional firefighting equipment for fire suppression in complex environments like super high‐rise buildings, mountainous forests, and chemical industrial parks, a complex environment high‐altitude firefighting unmanned aircraft device integrating window‐breaking, precise fire suppression, and environmental perception functions was designed. An integrated system architecture of "flight platform–fire suppression execution–ground control" was constructed. The overall system design scheme and core performance indicators were presented. The design principles and implementation methods of key components such as the adaptive dual‐wheel fire suppression projectile launching system, pneumatic window‐breaking component, and multidimensional angle‐adjustment bracket were elaborated. Through material selection, theoretical calculation of key mechanical parameters, and equivalent‐static finite element analysis, the preliminary structural feasibility of the proposed design was evaluated. This device breaks through the physical space limitations of traditional firefighting equipment and realizes unmanned, rapid, and precise fire suppression in complex environments, thereby demonstrating significant advantages in filling the gaps in high‐altitude and complex environment firefighting, establishing a rapid response mechanism, supporting future swarm operations, significantly reducing the safety risks of firefighters, and achieving resource conservation and efficient utilization.
