| Abstract (English): | The representative value of building weight is a very important characteristic parameter in seismic analysis of buildings. However, the empirical coefficient of weight per unit area is usually used to estimate the weight of existing buildings, and there are no prediction models based on the parameters such as height and number of floors. In this study, the weight representative values and related design parameters of 524 reinforced concrete (RC) buildings in China are collected through massive literature search, including four structural types: frame-core wall, frame-shear wall, shear wall and frame structure. Then the distribution laws of building weight with floor area, plane size, structural height and structure type are statistically analyzed. Based on parameter correlation analysis, the regression formulas of weight representative value of buildings of different structural types with single structural geometric parameters and multi-parameter combinations are proposed, which can be applied to different scenarios. Finally, the prediction formulas are applied to five engineering examples, and the results are compared with the existing empirical formulas. The results show that the accuracy of the proposed prediction formulas of the weight representative value is acceptable and can be used in the preliminary design of engineering, the evaluation of existing buildings and the parametric modeling in the disaster prevention analysis of urban buildings. | Abstract (Chinese): | 建筑重量代表值是建筑物抗震分析中非常重要的特征参数, 然而目前对既有建筑通常采用单位面 积重量的经验系数进行估计, 尚无基于高度、层数等易得参数的预测模型。本研究通过海量文献检索, 收 集了我国524栋钢筋混凝土建筑的重量代表值和相关设计参数, 包括框架-核心筒、框架-剪力墙、剪力墙 和框架4种结构类型。统计分析了重量代表值随建筑面积、平面尺寸、结构高度、结构类型的分布规律。 基于参数相关性分析, 提出了不同结构类型的建筑重量代表值随单一结构几何参数与多参数组合的回归 公式, 适用于不同使用场景。最后将预测公式应用于5个工程实例, 并与现有经验公式结果进行比较。结 果表明, 所提重量代表值预测公式的精度良好, 可供工程初步设计、既有建筑状态评估以及城市建筑群防 灾分析中的参数化建模使用.
