Περίληψη: Bolstered by technological changes, the traditional lecture is being replaced by participative learning approaches like simulations that can teach application, teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving. There is limited research on how different pedagogical resources, such as simulations, impact satisfaction. We first identify and test factors influencing course satisfaction for undergraduate students using data from multiple sections of a marketing course. Subsequently, we establish Content Coverage and Problem-Solving as the key drivers of satisfaction, and we compare how simulations, lectures, and term projects perform on these key drivers, highlighting the effectiveness of simulations in this case study.
