Περίληψη: During the 2023-2024 benzathine penicillin G shortage, Baltimore City sexual health clinics assessed syphilis treatment completion among patients prescribed doxycycline. Among 312 patients prescribed doxycycline, 42% were contacted, of whom 80% reported completing treatment. Results underscore the need to understand treatment completion during current and future benzathine penicillin G shortages.
