Περίληψη: This article presents the development, implementation, and evaluation of the elective course "Holistic Marketing in Pharmacy" as part of the professional training for master's students in pharmacy. Developed in accordance with Ukrainian higher education standards, the course comprises 90 academic hours (3 ECTS credits) and was created in alignment with student preferences, informed by a survey of 71 participants. The results indicate a strong interest among students in topics such as continuous professional development, customer experience, stakeholder relationship management, leadership, and soft skills, including teamwork, critical thinking, and time management. The course was piloted at the Department of Organisation and Economy of Pharmacy at Bogomolets National Medical University. Following its completion, the share of students who rated the course as highly relevant to their future professional practice increased by 11.2%, and 93% of students expressed a willingness to recommend it to peers.
