The article describes a dual-sided linescan system that was jointly developed by PVI Systems and APS Robotics & Integration. The system is designed to perform inspection on a glass-encased product. A custom-printed test pattern was developed by PVI Systems to calibrate the system. To align the camera images along the x-axis with single-pixel accuracy, a precise mechanical adjustment may be done on the system. |
