| Abstract: | The article focuses on the "Schuman Plan," which is named for French Foreign Minister Robert Schuman. The plan promotes a European unification system that pools coal and steel production in Germany and France, eliminates economic barriers by creating a single market, and establishes an independent High Authority supervisory agency.
