| Abstract: | The article focuses on Lua, a scripting language which involves state-of-the-art mechanisms in an elegant syntax. This computer programming language can also create hybrid solutions that combine strengths of statically typed software with the flexibility of a dynamically typed environment. The Reflexis computer software developers' experiences relating to the use of Lua, the lessons they have learned, the changes they applied to their computer systems, and the ways to develop solutions are discussed. |
