Abstract (English): The article reports on the history and development of Einbeck Elektromotoren GmbH in Magdeburg, which has developed from a small workshop into a modern specialist business for electrical drive technology since its founding in 1955. The company is characterized by long-term personnel continuity, as the current managing directors Dennis Hohenstein and Sebastian Besecke come from the company's own ranks and completed their training at Einbeck. Abstract (German): Wenn in Industrieanlagen Motoren stehen bleiben, Generatoren streiken oder Getriebe ausfallen, zählt oft jede Stunde. Seit sieben Jahrzehnten sorgt die Einbeck Elektromotoren GmbH in Magdeburg (Bild 1) dafür, dass Maschinen wieder laufen. Aus einer kleinen Werkstatt entwickelte sich ein moderner Fachbetrieb für elektrische Antriebstechnik, der heute weit über die Region hinaus tätig ist. Dabei lebt das Unternehmen von einer Mischung aus handwerklicher Tradition, technischer Spezialisierung und einem Team, das den Betrieb von der Pike auf kennt. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
