Περίληψη: The article discusses on how Internet change the way human resources do business through an Employee Self-Service program. The programs concept first emerged as a great opportunity for human resources departments to transfer transactions or activities to an employee through an Intranet, a by product of the Internet and would allow its personnel to focus more on strategic and value added processes. Employee self service offers a consumer a certain control and speed.
