Περίληψη: Companies must think more creatively about how to carry out activities that can generate benefits for the banks and the wider community's members. This study aims to examine the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR), consumer-company identification, benevolence trust, and customer citizenship behavior. A survey of 292 Indonesian banking customers was conducted. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. This study found that CSR drives both consumer-company identification and benevolence trust. Furthermore, consumer-company identification and benevolence trust drive customer citizenship behavior. In addition, this study found that consumer-company identification and benevolence trust mediate the influence of CSR on customer citizenship behavior. However, the study did not find support that CSR leads to customer citizenship behavior. The findings suggest that banks' CSR has become an important program to address business, social, and environmental issues, benefiting both banks and society members. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
