| Περίληψη: | AbstractPublic digital service platforms, while enhancing government efficiency, often encounter citizen distrust due to algorithmic biases and data risks, making justice initiatives a critical focus. Existing research, however, largely adopts supply-side or unidimensional perspectives, leaving citizen preferences underexplored. Addressing this gap, this study constructs a three-dimensional justice framework—procedural, distributive, and recognition—grounded in spatial justice theory. Through a discrete choice experiment with 297 participants, analyzed via Mixed Logit modeling and latent class analysis, we investigate citizens’ preferences for justice initiatives in the context of a public digital employment platform in Nanning, China. Key findings indicate citizens prioritize procedural justice most highly, followed by distributive justice, while revealing statistically significant preference heterogeneity between male and female users. Furthermore, analysis of employment platform preferences demonstrates that distributive justice requires synergistic implementation with recognition justice. Finally, we derive evidence-based policy recommendations for advancing justice in digital public employment services. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
