| Περίληψη: | This article presents eighteen epigraphic documents recently discovered in the Land of Moab (southern Jordan). All are Christian epitaphs, engraved on limestone funerary stelae of common types at Al-Karak (ancient Charakmoba) and on the surrounding plateau. These inscriptions provide new data on the onomastics and funerary customs of the local communities in late antiquity. Two of the documents in this group relate to clergy members, and one of them contributes to our understanding of regional toponymy. In addition, a modern forgery is also published in an appendix.
