| Περίληψη: | There is tremendous increase in using biodegradable green composites in light weight functional applications such as automotive, aerospace and aviation components to optimize the fuel efficiency, agricultural, construction, chemical and thermal industrial components to reduce the carbon-di-oxide emission due to the excellent resistivity to corrosion, thermal and impact loads, higher mechanical properties, and pollution free performance. One of the major concerns in composites is their manufacturing techniques which influences to the durability, fatigue and service life of the composites. The main goal of the present study is to explore the various material factors considered such as optimal material composition, incorporating filler or adhesive agent, hybridization effect, polymer blending, and specific processing factors applied during manufacturing namely stacking angle, heat and pressure applied in developing the biodegradable green composites. Additionally, this study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of recent technologies in effective utilization of bio materials in different composite manufacturing techniques through innovative processing methods. Benchmarking the various studies conducted on effective manufacturing of composites to obtain the sustainable physical, mechanical and thermal properties of the composites. At the end, this study facilitates the researchers and industry professionals in transferring their knowledge in developing the synergetic bio composites for the sustainable applications.
