This study introduces a comprehensive IoT health monitoring system enhanced by MATLAB, designed specifically for diabetic patients. The system's primary objective is to regulate blood glucose levels, track vital signs, and optimize healthcare management. Leveraging IoT technology, the system collects real-time data on critical health parameters including blood glucose levels, body temperature, and blood pressure. MATLAB algorithms are meticulously crafted to analyse this data and deliver personalized interventions tailored to individual patient profiles, encompassing factors such as gender, age, and smoking habits. These algorithms dynamically adjust insulin dosage in response to meal glucose levels, monitor body temperature for any indications of health abnormalities, and estimate blood pressure while accounting for patient-specific attributes. Seamless integration with ThingSpeak enables efficient data transmission and visualization, providing healthcare providers and patients with access to timely health updates through user-friendly interfaces. Rigorous testing, validation, and continuous user feedback ensure the reliability and effectiveness of the system. Ultimately, this IoT health monitoring system aims to revolutionize diabetic patient care by facilitating proactive healthcare interventions and personalized treatment strategies.
