Abstract (Dutch/Flemish): This paper discusses the relation between complementiser agreement and subject doubling in Dutch dialects. Based on intervention effects, i.e. the effect of placing a focus particle between the complementiser and the subject, Van Alem (2023a, 2025) argues that complementiser agreement is in fact subject doubling. A prediction of that analysis is that other dialects with subject doubling show similar intervention effects. This paper tests this prediction in the North-Brabantic dialect of Rucphen. It is argued that this dialect has the expected intervention effect, but that there is an interaction with past tense marking and the properties of pronouns. This result supports the idea that complementiser agreement and subject doubling are the result of one underlying mechanism. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
